Reporting Staff Misconduct
All employees and agents of the school have an obligation and legal responsibility to report misconduct by instructional personnel and school administrators which affects the health, safety, or welfare of a student.
Reports of misconduct should be made to the Vice President of Operations:

Failure to report misconduct may result in penalties up to termination of employment and revocation of an educator's certificate.
If the report involves abuse or neglect by a parent, legal custodian, caregiver, or other person responsible for the child's welfare, Children and Families child protective investigators. If the report involves abuse by a person who is not a caregiver of the child, the report will be referred to local law enforcement. |
