All employees and agents of the school have an obligation and legal responsibility to report misconduct by instructional personnel and school administrators which affects the health, safety, or welfare of a student.

Reports of misconduct should be made to the Vice President of Operations:

Failure to report misconduct may result in penalties up to termination of employment and revocation of an educator's certificate.

If the report involves abuse or neglect by a parent, legal custodian, caregiver, or other person responsible for the child's welfare, Children and Families child protective investigators. If the report involves abuse by a person who is not a caregiver of the child, the report will be referred to local law enforcement.
