Students in grades 6–12 will watch short, age-appropriate safety videos from the North Carolina Center for Safer Schools during the first five days of the 2025–2026 school year, as required by state law. These videos help students recognize unsafe adult behavior, understand when to ask for help, and know how to report concerns—skills that apply both in and outside of school. The videos are posted below for parents to preview. Families who prefer their child not participate may reach out to the school office or their child’s teacher.
